Job Objective


To achieve sustainable sales growth by managing customer relationships, developing existing accounts, and acquiring new clients, while adhering to the company’s sales strategy and commercial standards within the safety solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities


Execute sales plans and achieve approved monthly and annual sales targets.


Market and sell safety products and personal protective equipment (helmets, safety shoes, gloves, goggles, etc.).


Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.


Prepare quotations and manage negotiations through deal closure.


Follow up on collections in coordination with the finance department.


Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.


Represent the company professionally during client visits, exhibitions, and meetings.


Comply with company policies and commercial procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in safety equipment or the industrial sector.


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to work in the field and consistently achieve targets.


Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (spoken and written).


Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Email, CRM).


Valid driving license.
