Skills

- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.

- Well-versed in food sanitation principles, preparation standards and associated regulations needed for proper cooking or baking.

- A passion for achieving finesse in all dishes.

- Proven experience in handling food sanitation in the kitchen and ensuring that all bakery items are prepared according to the standard regulations
