Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D and 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software
- Develop drawings for site layouts, grading, roads, drainage, utilities, and structures
- Interpret engineering designs, sketches, and calculations
- Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
- Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting
- Minimum 5–6 years experience as a Civil Draftsman
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3D
- Understanding of construction drawings and standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
