Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PMP Specialist, located in Jīzān. The PMP Specialist will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, monitoring project performance, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Proficiency in team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and leadership Knowledge of monitoring project performance, risk management, and ensuring compliance with standards Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), are highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Proven experience in managing projects within the engineering or consulting sectors Ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams and diverse project stakeholders Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in both English and Arabic is an advantage
