Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist at Arrow Beverages Factory, located in Jiddah. The HSE Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting safe practices across the workplace. Key tasks include conducting safety audits, implementing occupational health and safety programs, leading safety training sessions, and developing strategies to minimize environmental impact. The role also involves identifying hazards, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of workplace safety.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices Experience in Occupational Health management and conducting Workplace Safety assessments Capability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs Proficient in identifying hazards, risk reduction strategies, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
