Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT companies and System Integrators.
- Strong experience in Saudi market.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams, monitoring vendor performance, and developing sales personnel.
- A strong track record of consistently achieving annual sales quotas over multiple consecutive years.
- Strong and extensive relationships with clients in:
- Government entities
- Private sector
- Banking sector
- Large enterprises
- Experience in selling a wide range of technology solutions, including:
- Infrastructure solutions
- Software and application solutions
- Cloud and virtualization solutions
- Cybersecurity solutions (additional advantage)
- Digital transformation and business intelligence solutions
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Central Region sales team and oversee achievement of their targets.
- Develop and implement the regional sales growth strategy.
- Manage the sales pipeline and control the full sales cycle.
- Enhance customer relationships and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Measure performance, prepare periodic reports, and analyze sales results.
- Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and official events.
