Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT companies and System Integrators.
  • Strong experience in Saudi market.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams, monitoring vendor performance, and developing sales personnel.
  • A strong track record of consistently achieving annual sales quotas over multiple consecutive years.
  • Strong and extensive relationships with clients in:
  • Government entities
  • Private sector
  • Banking sector
  • Large enterprises
  • Experience in selling a wide range of technology solutions, including:
  • Infrastructure solutions
  • Software and application solutions
  • Cloud and virtualization solutions
  • Cybersecurity solutions (additional advantage)
  • Digital transformation and business intelligence solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Central Region sales team and oversee achievement of their targets.
  • Develop and implement the regional sales growth strategy.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and control the full sales cycle.
  • Enhance customer relationships and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Measure performance, prepare periodic reports, and analyze sales results.
  • Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and official events.

Skills

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
