We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team in Dhahran (SMP), Saudi Arabia, within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape architecture, demonstrating a strong ability to design, plan, and manage landscape projects that enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces. The Landscape Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to develop innovative landscape solutions that meet environmental, cultural, and social needs. This role requires a deep understanding of ecological principles, landscape design, and project management, ensuring that all projects comply with local regulations and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive landscape design plans that incorporate client requirements, site conditions, and sustainability goals.
2. Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine the feasibility and environmental impact of proposed landscape projects.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape designs with building and infrastructure projects.
4. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction projects.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Review and approve landscape construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
7. Engage with clients and stakeholders to present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final designs.
8. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative practices into landscape designs.
9. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in landscape architecture.
10. Ensure that all designs adhere to local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possesses a degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
2. Has a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
3. Demonstrates strong technical skills in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Shows a deep understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
6. Has a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
7. Displays strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in design solutions.
