Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Marketing & Events Coordinator to be based in Riyadh.

This is a 1-year contract position.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and course schedules.
• Oversee transportation, setup and supplies of clinical materials and equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
• (print, digital, email, etc.).
• Oversee participant registration, manage on-site operations and serve as the main point of contact during events across the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners, and local representatives to ensure alignment on content and delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and post-event evaluations.
• Salary up to SAR 11,000 per month.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in event management preferably within the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in managing regional projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
