Our Client: A well-established name in the food and FMCG distribution space, expanding its footprint in Northern Saudi Arabia. They are looking for a hands-on sales leader to manage regional sales and drive growth across Tabuk and surrounding areas. Your Role You will lead the full sales operation in the Northern region – managing a field sales team, building strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA customers, and ensuring consistent growth in volume and market share. You'll work closely with supply chain to maintain cold chain integrity and handle performance metrics and market feedback.

Must Have: 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG – preferably chilled/frozen/dairy or fresh category Strong knowledge of Tabuk and Northern KSA wholesale and retail landscape Experience managing and motivating field teams Ability to handle delivery schedules, stock levels, and customer expectations Arabic fluency is essential; English is a plus
