Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Inspect products, materials, or processes to ensure they meet specifications.
- Analyze quality data and create reports, KPIs, and corrective action plans.
- Develop and enforce health and safety policies based on OSHA/ISO 45001 or local regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare incident reports.
Skills
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree Mechanical or Industrial or any related field.
5+ years of experience in Quality and Safety
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent).
- Strong auditing and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Experience performing risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
