Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Inspect products, materials, or processes to ensure they meet specifications.
• Analyze quality data and create reports, KPIs, and corrective action plans.
• Develop and enforce health and safety policies based on OSHA/ISO 45001 or local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare incident reports.

Skills

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree Mechanical or Industrial or any related field.

5+ years of experience in Quality and Safety

• Strong understanding of risk assessment and safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent).
• Strong auditing and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Experience performing risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
