- Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Supervisor to lead and manage our telesales team, drive sales targets, improve call quality, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role focuses on coaching staff, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to boost productivity and conversion rates.

- Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily telesales operations and team performance
  • Monitor call quality, conversations, and compliance with scripts
  • Motivate, train, and coach team members
  • Implement sales strategies and optimize lead utilization
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, quality, and management teams


Skills

-Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of telesales or customer service experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and CRM proficiency
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Target-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
