Role Description This is a full-time on-site Surveyor role based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing detailed site measurements, and ensuring the accuracy of data for engineering and construction projects. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data using surveying equipment, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, and creating comprehensive reports and plans. The Surveyor will also assist in managing land development and site evaluation projects.
Qualifications Experience in conducting land surveys, using surveying instruments, and recording accurate measurements. Proficiency in preparing site plans, as-built drawings, landscaping layouts, and infrastructure development designs. Familiarity with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering shop drawings. Knowledge of municipal regulations and compliance standards for construction and infrastructure projects. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry, preferably in a similar role. Understanding of regional requirements is a bonus.
