We are seeking a skilled Service Assurance Specialist with a strong IT background to support our operations and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dashboards, SQL, and Tableau, and will play a key role in monitoring service performance, identifying issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, dashboard creation, and Tableau.
