Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and legal agreements.
Provide legal advice related to construction law, labor law, procurement, and commercial regulations.
Handle claims, disputes, arbitration, and litigation related to project delays, variations, and contractual breaches.
Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Support management and project teams by providing legal interpretation and risk analysis.
Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, registrations, and official documentation.
Prepare legal reports, official letters, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or specialized certification is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with construction or contracting companies.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, corporate law, and construction-related legal frameworks.
Proven experience in arbitration, dispute resolution, and contract management.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills (Arabic & English).
Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal guidance.
