This position is strictly for candidates who have previously worked in licensed pest control companies and have an in-depth understanding of pest management services, contracts, pricing structures, and client requirements in this sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new commercial and residential contracts, and managing long-term client relationships within the pest control sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell pest control services.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and prepare pest control proposals and contracts.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals independently.
- Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio in the pest control sector.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for service execution.
- Prepare weekly sales performance reports.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable):
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the pest control industry ONLY.
- Full knowledge of pest control services, pricing models, and contract structures.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Ability to work in the field and handle outdoor client visits.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
