·           To perform nail therapies in accordance to the Salon’s nail services SOP’s 

·           Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session

·           To strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goals

·           To take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis

·           To assist fellow members of the team in their work and show support 

·           To  attend events outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externally

·           Taking proper care of the tools and equipment 

·           Maintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing products 

·           To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and Municipality

·           Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care. 

·           To attend all internal and external trainings of products and services

·           Maintain immaculate grooming standards at all time

Skills

Minimum educational qualification(s):

·     Previous Beauty / Nail Qualification preferred

Minimum work experience required:

·     One (1) year salon experience in an international standard salon

Technical skills required:

·     All nail services including manicure, pedicure, cutting, shaping nails, filing / cuticle work, applying polish and gel.

·     Ability to perform nail extensions an advantage
