Job Title: Site Engineer – Small Villas Construction (Abha, Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage the construction of six small villas in Abha. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure work quality, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and maintain project timelines.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all on-site construction activities for six villas.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and address technical issues promptly.
• Manage quality control and ensure timely project delivery.
Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• must be located in KSA currently
• Proven experience in residential construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and site management skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Abha.
