·       Managing company accounts for the platforms (Saber, Fasah, CITC, Jeem1, and others) 

·       Maintained accurate records of custom and payments.

·       Managing international procurement, international purchasing.

·       Dealing with logistics and freight companies.

·       Make stock entry for all received shipments and follow with the warehouse.

·       Classifying and valuing imported goods in accordance with customs regulations.

·       Preparing and submitting customs declarations and other required documentation.

·       Communicating with government agencies to resolve customs-related issues.

·       Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

·       Staying up to date on changes in customs regulations and procedures.

Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in international business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

·       3+ years of experience in customs clearance and compliance.

·        Certificates: PCoC, SCOC are a plus

·       Proficiency in English and Arabic.

·       Proficiency in MS Suite, Oracle ERP and customs management software.

·       Experience with trade agreements (e.g., Free Trade Agreements, GATT, etc.).

·       Knowledge of import/export regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.

·       Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.

·       Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
