Job Overview 

Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Architect in the feild of Shipping Containers.

 You will be primarily responsible for managing our Design and construction projects from start to completion.

 You should be able to meet and discuss with clients their project requirements. Besides,

 you should ensure that the projects are completed on time and as per the assigned budget. 

You should be able to prepare and maintain project reports. Also, 

you should conduct site visits and offer support to the team members when required.

 You should be able to draft design plans that match client expectations and adhere to the industry standards.  

To perform in this job role, you should be detail-oriented and possess excellent creative skills. In addition to this, 

you should display good leadership skills.

 Your ability to manage strict deadlines and any stressful situations will also be considered.

Responsibilities 

• Meeting and discussing with clients their construction requirements and designs 
• Drafting and designing building plans for various construction projects
•  Estimating construction budget as per the client requirements 
• Preparing and providing clients with materials and project specification lists 
• Overseeing the work of Construction Workers, Contractors, and other team members 
• Undertaking regular site visits to check for quality and safety procedures 
• Reviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the assigned amount 
• Creating and maintaining project progress reports 
• Acting as an intermediary between clients, vendors, and the team members 
• Developing and maintaining project schedules 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field 
• Holding State Architecture license or having cleared Architect Registration Examination (ARE) 
• Proven work experience as an Architect, or Project Architect in a reputed architectural firm or in the construction industry 
• Knowledge of drafting software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CATIA 
• Familiarity with latest architectural design trends and developments 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill 
• Excellent time management and project management skills 
• Having an eye for detail 
• Highly motivated and creative individual 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent leadership skills 
• Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations 
• Willingness to travel to different locations 
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
