Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward and outward).
Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of all materials.
Receiving and Issuing Materials
Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure quality inspection before acceptance of materials.
Issue materials to production or departments based on approved requests.
Documentation & System Updates
Update inventory transactions in ERP or warehouse management system.
Maintain all store-related documentation (GRN, Issue Vouchers, Return Notes, etc.).
Coordination
Liaise with the procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and delivery schedules.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe storage of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Comply with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Highlight any material shortages, excesses, or slow-moving items.
