We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will source, attract, and hire qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job postings.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
