Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire real estate portfolio, including property acquisition, leasing, and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote available properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential investment opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure favorable terms.
- Oversee the contracts and registrations related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate property upkeep and repairs, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual real estate budget, including forecasting and reporting on financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor property performance and implement strategies to enhance occupancy rates and revenue generation.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on real estate activities, marketing efforts, and performance metrics.
