Overview:
To lead the execution and optimization of the company’s online sales strategy across owned eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring best-in-class user experience, product visibility, and digital performance that drives traffic,conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management & Performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the eCommerce website (e.g., product updates, banners,UX flow).
- Ensure optimal site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user journey.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to improve site functionalities and interface.
2. Product Catalog & Merchandising
- Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, categorization).
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO-rich and conversion-focused product pages.
- Plan homepage and category merchandising aligned with seasonal campaigns.
3. Marketing Integration
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO).
- Support influencer and UGC content integration on-site and in campaigns.
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and coupon codes with the marketing team.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, cart abandonment).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Salla / Shopify to dashboards, Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to analyze performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Marketplace & Omnichannel Support
- Coordinate with teams handling Amazon, Noon, Trendyol or other marketplaces if applicable.
- Ensure consistent pricing, descriptions, and branding across platforms.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or eCommerce (or related field).
- 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations (preferably in retail or home/fashion sectors).
- Proficient in CMS platforms like Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Merchant, Google Analytics, and performance marketing basics.
- Experience with UX/UI basics, product content strategy, and A/B testing tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent coordination and time management skills
