Role Summary

We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B portfolio (malls, hospitals, mixed-use developments, hotels, corporate campuses). 

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and site visits, to proposals, commercial negotiation, and handover to Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of B2B prospects across KSA.
  • Conduct client meetings, on-site assessments, and solution walkthroughs for parking/traffic operations and tech (ANPR, cashless, memberships).
  • Prepare proposals, scopes, and pricing with clear ROI and service levels.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ responses; coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Negotiate and close new contracts; achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
  • Nurture long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent City Parking professionally at events and client presentations.

 

Requirements

  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel for client/site visits.
  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (facilities, FM, security, tech, mobility, parking, or related services preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic; good English is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Engineering or related) preferred.
