Role Summary
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B portfolio (malls, hospitals, mixed-use developments, hotels, corporate campuses).
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and site visits, to proposals, commercial negotiation, and handover to Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of B2B prospects across KSA.
- Conduct client meetings, on-site assessments, and solution walkthroughs for parking/traffic operations and tech (ANPR, cashless, memberships).
- Prepare proposals, scopes, and pricing with clear ROI and service levels.
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses; coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Negotiate and close new contracts; achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Nurture long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent City Parking professionally at events and client presentations.
