We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Design - Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions. Cloud & Hybrid Solutions - Architect and migrate workloads to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate with on-premise systems. Security & Compliance - Ensure infrastructure adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for security and compliance. Performance Optimization - Monitor, analyze, and optimize infrastructure performance, capacity, and cost. Collaboration - Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure with business goals. Banking Domain Leverage experience in banking/financial services to design solutions that meet industry-specific needs. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills Requirement Details Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Banking domain experience is a strong plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, storage, security, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Certifications Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, ITIL, etc.) are preferred. Soft Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
