Senior Civil Engineer (Construction Manager) – Jeddah, KSA Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Company: COENGR (Consulting Engineering /group) Position: Senior Civil Engineer / Construction Manager Availability: Immediate joiner required Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all on-site civil construction activities. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely execution. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives. Review engineering drawings, work methods, and material submittals. Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications and as per LAWS. Prepare daily/weekly reports and manage site staff performance. Maintain clear communication between the site team and the design/office team.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). 4+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects (GCC/KSA experience preferred). Strong leadership, planning, and site management capabilities. Excellent knowledge of project execution, budgeting, and safety standards. Immediate availability for relocation/joining in Jeddah.
