Position: HR Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role Purpose: The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies, compliance, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Assist in developing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements to HR processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
