• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Perform delay analysis and prepare claims related to project time extensions and prolongation impacts.
• Prepare and maintain revised and recovery schedules as required by project progress and management directives.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to develop and track the procurement plan and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct forecasting and performance analysis to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, analyze variances, and propose corrective measures when necessary.
• Support project management in risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in planning and project management within construction companies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and scheduling procedures.
• Hands-on experience in claim preparation, delay analysis, and time impact assessment (prolongation).
• Experience in preparing revised schedules, recovery schedules, and procurement plans.
• Solid understanding of cash flow management and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to prepare periodic progress reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills across multiple departments.
