To oversee and coordinate all commercial and retail operations within Corallium, ensuring profitability, brand alignment, and an exceptional visitor experience. The role is responsible for supervising sales activities, product displays, and promotional campaigns across all commercial outlets. It ensures that daily operations, merchandising, and financial transactions meet the company’s quality and compliance standards.
The position also contributes to identifying new revenue streams, optimizing retail performance, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive visitor engagement and spending. By maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, the Supervisor plays a key role in achieving Corallium’s commercial objectives and sustaining business growth.

Supervise day-to-day commercial activities including retail, partnerships, and sales promotions

Support the Manager – Commercial & Marketing in developing and executing revenue plans.

Coordinate with retail and ticketing teams to maximize guest spending and enhance customer experience

Ensure commercial displays, merchandise, and outlets adhere to Corallium brand and presentation standards

Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, and POS reports to identify trends and variances.

Manage supplier and vendor coordination for retail items, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in line with approved business plans.

Prepare reports and provide insights on revenue performance and commercial activity outcomes.

Ensure compliance with RSG policies, HSE requirements, and financial procedures

Provide coaching and on-the-job support for team members to maintain performance and service standards
