Role:

To support and supervise the implementation of Corallium’s marketing and promotional strategies aimed at driving visitor engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting commercial revenue. The role ensures that all marketing activities — including campaigns, events, partnerships, and digital content — are aligned with Corallium’s brand identity and business objectives.This position plays a vital role in planning and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns. The Supervisor also contributes to building local brand visibility through community outreach, Saudi market engagement, and culturally relevant marketing activations that enhance visitor attraction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns for Corallium.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver marketing materials, events, and digital assets on time.
  • Supervise daily marketing operations, including content updates, social media, and on-site activations
  • Collaborate with the Visitor Experience and Commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business targets.
  • Manage relationships with local partners, media, and vendors to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Support market research efforts to understand visitor preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends
  • Track and report marketing KPIs, campaign results, and ROI to management.
  • Oversee the production of signage, printed materials, and visual displays for promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, communication tone, and visual standards
  • Promote Saudi cultural identity through marketing content and initiatives aligned with national objectives.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing campaigns, events, or partnerships in the Saudi market is preferred.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and content tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
