Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Laravel to join our growing technology team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining a fintech platform.
This role requires strong backend development skills, experience in frontend technologies, and knowledge of secure financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP) and supporting technologies.
- Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and migrations.
- Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs for integrations.
- Implement role-based access control, encryption, and audit logging to meet SAMA cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate with the Flutter mobile team to ensure smooth API integration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work closely with business and compliance teams to ensure BNPL workflows (installments, deductions, credit limits) are accurately implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest Laravel, PHP, and fintech security practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in the Laravel framework (must).
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and secure coding practices.
- Experience in Vue.js/React or similar frontend frameworks is a plus.
- Previous experience in fintech, BNPL, or payment systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAMA/NCA cybersecurity frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تطوير واختبار وصيانة تطبيقات الويب باستخدام Laravel (PHP).
- تصميم وتحسين هياكل قواعد بيانات MySQL والاستعلامات وعمليات الترحيل.
- بناء واجهات برمجة تطبيقات (APIs) آمنة وقابلة للتوسع.
- تطبيق التحكم في الصلاحيات، التشفير، وتسجيل العمليات وفقًا لمتطلبات الأمن السيبراني لساما.
- التعاون مع فريق تطوير التطبيقات لضمان تكامل سلس مع واجهات API.
- معالجة الأخطاء وتحسين الأداء باستمرار.
- العمل مع فرق الأعمال والامتثال لضمان تطبيق عمليات BNPL (الأقساط، الخصومات، حدود الائتمان) بشكل دقيق.
- متابعة أحدث الممارسات في Laravel وPHP والأمن السيبراني في مجال التقنية المالية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأنظمة المتكاملة.
- خبرة متقدمة في إطار عمل Laravel (شرط أساسي).
- معرفة قوية بـ MySQL وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات وأمن البرمجيات.
- خبرة في Vue.js / React أو أطر عمل مشابهة ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في التقنية المالية أو أنظمة BNPL أو الدفع الإلكتروني تعتبر أولوية.
- إلمام بإطارات الأمن السيبراني الخاصة بـ ساما / الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني يعتبر ميزة قوية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة ناشئة سريعة التغير.
