We are hiring a Factory Manager with solid experience in dates, sweets, and chocolate production. The candidate must have strong skills in sales, marketing, and product selection, in addition to full operational control and strategic development for the factory.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing food production, preferably in dates and sweets.
· Excellent command of Arabic and English.
· Strong leadership and planning capabilities.
· Experience in sales and marketing is essential.
· Skilled in selecting products and planning expansions.
· Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee production, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain.
· Manage product development, quality improvement, and new line launches.
· Lead teams, assign tasks, and ensure KPIs are met.
· Build and execute production and expansion strategies.
· Develop marketing plans and evaluate market trends.
· Regular performance analysis and reporting to top management.
· Handle technical breakdowns and manage under pressure.
