Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and capable Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the expansion of Packman in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with local merchants and present Packman’s services
- Register new merchants on the platform
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the activation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Share regular feedback and market insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- Energetic personality with a passion for challenges

- التواصل مع التجار المحليين وعرض خدمات منصة Packman
- تسجيل التجار الجدد على المنصة
- تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية
- التنسيق مع فريق التفعيل لضمان تجربة عملاء مميزة
- مشاركة ملاحظات السوق وتحسينات الأداء بشكل مستمر
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات
- مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على الإقناع
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
- الإقامة الحالية داخل السعودية
- شخصية نشيطة ومتحفزة لتحقيق النتائج
