About the Role
Position: Admin Officer
We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Officer to join our growing team in Jubail and Tanajib, Saudi Arabia.
As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth operations and effective management of daily tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
Prepare reports, memos, and communications as required
Support the Admin team and procurement functions with documentation and coordination
Maintain office supplies and monitor inventory
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and schedules
Assist with general office duties, managing correspondence
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Requirements:
Saudi National (mandatory requirement)
Minimum 3–10 years of relevant administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
