REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY - 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in quality assurance, audit, or investigations oversight.
- Strong understanding of investigative procedures and case documentation standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience working with investigation or audit teams is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFE, CIA, or equivalent are a plus but not required.
- Strong relationship management skills, based on credibility, rapport and trust.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Advanced critical thinker, providing objective assurance and insight to management.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES The Quality Assurance Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and oversight of a quality assurance framework within the Investigations team.
- Review investigation reports and case documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy.
- Provide structured feedback to investigators to support consistency and continuous improvement.
- Identify trends, quality gaps, and recurring issues, and propose enhancements to processes and tools.
- Work closely with the team leads to ensure proper case handling and documentation practices are followed.
- Prepare periodic QA reports and insights for HoD.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts based on QA findings.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information at all times.
- Plans, manages and reviews direct reports and Team’s performance to track that KPIs are achieved.
- Provides honest and timely feedback, development and coaching and takes prompt action, where necessary, to ensure progressive development and learning opportunities are pursued.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in investigative or compliance-related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing quality assurance or case review functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the quality and integrity of investigative processes, including evidence evaluation, case file completeness, procedural compliance, and report accuracy.
- Strong working knowledge of investigative frameworks, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory or legal requirements.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, including Legal, Ethics & Compliance, HR, and departmental leadership, ensuring alignment with investigation protocols and organizational values.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to assess complex investigations and provide constructive, risk-informed recommendations.
- Solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles as they relate to investigative functions and decision-making.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring investigation teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and capacity building.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
