JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate the activities of the team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, policies and procedures.
Assess team members efforts and contributions and provide guidance and coaching for performance improvement and effective achievement of the team objectives.
Develop and ensure effective design and implementation of JCD Strategic Planning guidelines, processes, and controls, covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality, cost-effective services.
Apply health, safety and environmental management practices for all Strategic Planning related activities, policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Strategic Planning systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Strategic Planning organization requirements, policies and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Proficient in English language is a must, Arabic language is preferred.
