Prepare, update, and manage detailed project schedules using advanced software (e.g., Primavera P6.

Integrate contractor schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment with the overall project timeline.

Integrate BIM 4D models into the scheduling process to simulate construction sequences and identify potential conflicts.

Perform critical path and float analysis to identify schedule slippage.

Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM data with project plans.

Conduct cost variance analysis and provide actionable insights for corrective measures.

Develop project cash flow reports and ensure accurate cost allocation.

Leverage earned value management (EVM) techniques to monitor project performance.

Conduct schedule analysis using modern techniques to document and assess delays.

Prepare assessment for extensions of time (EOT) and cost overruns.

Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Advanced degrees (Master\'s in Construction or Project Management) are preferred.

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in relevant Project Management roles (or any related field)

Proficiency certifications in Primavera P6, BIM 4D modeling.
