Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate the implementation of national and international curricula across departments.
  • Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and heads of departments.
  • Monitor academic performance and lead improvement plans based on data analysis and school assessments.
  • Organize professional development programs and training workshops for academic staff.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
  • Ensure curriculum alignment with the Ministry of Education requirements and international best practices.
  • Lead the development and review of academic policies and procedures.
  • Participate in student admissions, placement, and academic planning.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and innovations to enhance learning experiences.


Skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, preferably in K–12 schools.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
  • Experience with international curricula (British, American, or IB) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
