Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensures efficient inventory management, coordinates receiving, storage, and shipping activities, and leads the warehouse team to achieve productivity and safety goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and order preparation activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Implement and enforce occupational health and safety procedures.
- Team Leadership:Lead, guide, and train the warehouse team.
- Assign tasks and prioritize work.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Resolve conflicts and problems faced by the team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required products.
- Track inventory movement and prepare periodic reports.

- Deal with suppliers and coordinate purchasing processes.

Education:
