  • Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
  • Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities.
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are cared for and inspected according to Four Seasons quality standards.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and respect guest privacy.
  • Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
  • Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and linen carts in a neat and organized manner.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or complaints.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in guest interactions.

Skills

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending).
  • Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
