- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat) policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work culture aligned with local cultural norms.

- Implement KPIs and performance appraisal systems tailored to field and office roles.
- Design career development plans to retain high-potential employees.
4、Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize technical training (e.g., equipment operation, safety protocols) and leadership programs.
5、Compensation & Benefits
- Benchmark salaries against Saudi market standards and manage expatriate compensation packages.
6、HR Analytics & Systems
- Utilize HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline payroll, attendance, and workforce planning.
Skills
1、Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
2、Experience :
- 8+ years of HR generalist experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role. Heavy equipment/construction industry background is highly preferred.
3、Local Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization quotas, and Gulf region employment practices.
