We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement and Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team at Centriq Medical Company, a leading medical company that operates a group of cosmetic clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement strategies, contract management, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to support clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Manage the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services for the cosmetic clinics.
- Identify and source reliable suppliers/vendors, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to ensure optimal value for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and inventory tracking systems.
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of goods, ensuring they meet operational needs and schedules.
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and other third parties.
- Ensure that all contracts are legally sound and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the legal department to address any contract disputes or issues.
- Track and monitor contract timelines, renewals, and performance to ensure compliance and service delivery.
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products that may benefit the company.
- Budgeting and Reporting:
- Develop and manage procurement budgets for various departments within the clinics.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and contract compliance.
- Provide recommendations for improving procurement processes and cost efficiency.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to procurement and contracts in the medical and cosmetic industries.
- Identify potential risks associated with suppliers, contracts, or procurement processes and implement mitigation strategies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement, contract management, or a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, contract law, and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
