Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and contracting sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project managers.
- Promote metal and glass products such as handrails, façades, balustrades, canopies, partitions, and custom metalworks.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, brochures, social media campaigns, and online marketing.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Client & Project Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and after-sales service.
- Work closely with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the architectural metal, glass, or construction industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the construction, architectural, and contracting sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
