  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Steel Industry customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  • Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  • Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
  • Communicate on regular basis, with sharing updates and reports to the management.

Skills

  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  • Adapt at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in the Steel Industry would be preferable.
  • Prior experience in Sales (on-field) would be preferable.
