Position Title: Change Management - Consultant / Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant

Wipro's Talent & Change practice is seated within the Wipro Digital Consulting and part of the larger Domain & Consulting group. We are a team of dedicated consultants who believe effective Organizational Change Management is key to unlocking the discretionary effort of colleagues and driving sustainable value from complex programs via adoption, efficiency and effectiveness.


Role Summary

The role embodies people who are passionate of conceptualizing, developing and driving Change Management Strategy in order to achieve the objectives of the project or program. Individual is expected to have strong sensitivity towards end user change impact, cultural sensitivity, to be a able to articulate a solution and story which makes management of change seamless. to change and a focus on knowledge transfer. He should also be able to support bid & sales team, RFP solution, lead presentations and be an excellent collaborator with Wipro internal stakeholders and the external stakeholders.


The Pr./Sr.Consultant /Consultant will lead the organizational change management activities on the project including communication strategies and plans. Combined with strong facilitation and communication skills the role holder is required to effectively transition all project stakeholder groups from project awareness to project buy-in/adoption. As a change consultant you will be contributing to strategic change management engagements using Agile and Digital adoption initiatives. In addition to supporting the growth of the practice, the contribution to our engagements in terms of revenue, improved client satisfaction and the overall Wipro business is primary to our growth.


Primary Function/Responsibilities:

Demonstrate personal credibility as an OCM Consultant with relevant experience in change management.

Able to demonstrate this within the OCM team and on challenging client engagements.

Use OCM methodologies and tools for requirements gathering, OCM design and client project delivery.

Contribute the development and promotion of Organizational Change Management methods and tools, including presentations, RFP content, methodologies, toolkits and deliverables.

Should possess excellent English language capabilities to develop the communication collaterals for the program

Translate all the key docs from customer into English

Be a liaison between the Arabic speaking customers and our global team

Provide a range of program planning and reporting, workshop design and facilitation, data analysis and problem solving.

Able to deliver work with virtual/offshore teams.

Manage personal utilization to deliver quality outcomes

Ability to travel 60%-100% on client engagements across the middle-east

The ideal candidate should have a total of 6-14 year of experience out of which minimum of 3+ years relevant Change Management experience having completed at least one full cycle project of 6-12 months. Preferably from HR background
