Our client, a leading agricultural enterprise in the Middle East, is seeking a Farm Maintenance Manager for their poultry operations.


Opportunity:


Reporting to the Farm Manager and Engineering Manager, our client is looking for an experienced maintenance professional to optimize farm operations and equipment performance across their facilities.


Responsibilities:


The Farm Maintenance Manager will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance planning, resource management, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

·      Maximize farm production by developing and implementing standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance programs.

·      Lead maintenance teams through effective leadership, organizational structuring, and performance management.

·      Develop and monitor performance standards to improve service quality and quantity

·      Coordinate personnel allocation and staffing across maintenance units.

·      Maintain detailed performance records and provide regular reporting to senior management

·      Assist in annual capital budget preparation.

·      Coordinate with Workshop Foreman and Supervisors to ensure continuous operational readiness.

·      Conduct special projects as requested by Farm Management.


Candidate Requirements:


·      Minimum of 7 years' experience in maintenance management within a large industrial company.

·      Strong leadership and organizational skills.

·      Proven ability in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.

·      Expertise in agricultural, industrial, and animal feeding equipment maintenance.

·      Proficient in performance analysis and reporting.

·      Excellent personnel management and training capabilities.


Remuneration:


Overall package is highly competitive and tax-free and aims to balance work commitments and family time. As an indication salary, tax paid, will be €60,000 – €70,000 and additional benefits provided are:
