He should be responsible for all production operations, and to lead the production team according to their tasks.
He should be able to decrease the production waste, and to find an alternative ways of production to save cost.
He can cooperate with SALES& Marketing department to assure that we will work in full capacity.
Skills
He should have degree in agricultural engineering or equivalent.
He have courses in dough treatments.
He have courses in quality and safety.
He have an experience in bakery products ( bread, cakes, sweets, …..etc)
He know how to manage manual production operations, and automatic too.
He have Arabic and English communication skills.
