We seek an experienced Sales Operations Specialist with 5+ years in sales pipeline management, reporting, and analytics within the technology sector. This role will optimize sales processes, ensure pipeline health, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth. You will collaborate with the sales team to manage opportunities and enhance efficiency using Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Oversee the sales pipeline for technology solutions across multiple regions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting via Zoho CRM.
  • Monitor pipeline health, address bottlenecks, and maintain data accuracy.

2. Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate performance reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and provide strategic insights to sales leadership.

3. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain Zoho CRM integrity, customization, and automation.
  • Train sales teams on CRM best practices to maximize efficiency.

4. Sales Process Optimization

  • Improve workflows, forecasting, and quota management.
  • Streamline lead-to-opportunity conversion with marketing and pre-sales teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and business operations to enhance execution.
  • Support sales teams with CRM usage, reporting tools, and executive presentations.


Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM management in the technology sector.
  • Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales cycles and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
