We seek an experienced Sales Operations Specialist with 5+ years in sales pipeline management, reporting, and analytics within the technology sector. This role will optimize sales processes, ensure pipeline health, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth. You will collaborate with the sales team to manage opportunities and enhance efficiency using Zoho CRM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Pipeline Management
- Oversee the sales pipeline for technology solutions across multiple regions.
- Ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting via Zoho CRM.
- Monitor pipeline health, address bottlenecks, and maintain data accuracy.
2. Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Generate performance reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and provide strategic insights to sales leadership.
3. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain Zoho CRM integrity, customization, and automation.
- Train sales teams on CRM best practices to maximize efficiency.
4. Sales Process Optimization
- Improve workflows, forecasting, and quota management.
- Streamline lead-to-opportunity conversion with marketing and pre-sales teams.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, finance, and business operations to enhance execution.
- Support sales teams with CRM usage, reporting tools, and executive presentations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM management in the technology sector.
- Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of technology sales cycles and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
