Loyalty & Partnership Manager

Job Purpose

Panda Retail Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Loyalty Partnership Manager to drive the growth of its loyalty program through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience with a proven track record of closing partnership deals successfully. This role requires a resourceful individual with strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams across marketing, commercial, legal, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Partnership Development:

 

 

 

  • Identify and establish partnerships with leading loyalty programs and cross-industry companies within the Kingdom to enhance the value proposition for Panda\'s customers.

 

 

  • Negotiate deals that deliver maximum benefits for the loyalty program while ensuring profitability and sustainability.

 

 

 

  • Business Development & Strategic Planning:

 

 

 

  • Develop and execute a robust strategy to build profitable partnerships aligned with Panda\'s loyalty program goals.

 

 

  • Continuously seek new opportunities to expand benefit avenues for customers across different touch points in their lives.

 

 

 

  • Proposal Crafting & Presentation:

 

 

 

  • Design compelling partnership proposals tailored to meet both partner and Panda\'s objectives.

 

 

  • Showcase marketing expertise by effectively positioning the loyalty brand to partners, building a strong program image.

 

 

 

  • Stakeholder Management:

 

 

 

  • Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams (marketing, commercial, legal, financial, operations) to ensure seamless implementation of partnerships.

 

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for loyalty initiatives.

 

 

 

  • Program Branding & Marketing:

 

 

 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to elevate the loyalty program’s brand identity and visibility in the market.

 

 

  • Ensure Panda\'s loyalty program becomes a trusted and recognizable brand among customers and partners.

 

 

 

  • Leadership & Team Collaboration:

 

 

 

  • Manage and guide cross-functional teams in partnership-related projects, ensuring objectives are met within timelines.

 

 

  • Display strong leadership skills in stakeholder negotiations and collaborative decision-making.

 

 

 

  • Commercial & Financial Acumen:

 

 

 

  • Evaluate partnership deals for financial viability and long-term sustainability.

 

 

  • Work with financial teams to assess and optimize partnership profitability.
