Job Title: Marketing Manager – E-commerce
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager – E-commerce to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital advertising, customer acquisition, and brand growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and the ability to execute successful marketing campaigns that enhance the online shopping experience and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Implement email marketing, SMS, and automation strategies to improve retention and customer engagement.
- Leverage influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and boost sales.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and website performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Branding & Content Strategy:
- Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, product descriptions, and visual content to align with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Manage social media channels, ensuring engaging content that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers while maximizing retention and repeat purchases.
- Enhance customer loyalty through personalized marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Identify and collaborate with key industry partners, marketplaces, and platforms to expand reach and increase sales.
- Negotiate and manage marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in e-commerce or a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
